system: Add default networking configuration.

This is the configuration created by debian-installer.

apt: Add our own custom repository.

sudo: Keep SSH_* environment variables.

system: Don't load the pcspkr module.

sudo: Keep GIT_* environment variables.

This allows setting committer and author info through sudo.

bash: Enable extra bash completion.

sudo: Add default sudoers file.

bash: Add default bash.bashrc and profile.

apt: Add default sources.list.
